We ensure our data base of Irish producers are FDA registered. We file all documentation
on the product from traceability to quality controls with the relevant bodies as the product
travels from the manufacturer to your plant and customer. Upon purchase from us, you will
receive all of this information from us.
We only buy dairy products from FDA registered plants/suppliers here in Ireland and
Europe. Dairy products are only allowed into the US from FDA registered plants. This
ensures complete tractability remains in place for the US customer.

We only use storage when required and only use storage facilities that are registered
with the Department of Agriculture, Ireland and the FDA.
